Having been born and raised in the state of Kansas, I spent a lot of time exploring the lakes in the Midwest.  Fishing became a passion for me at a very young age.

It was my desire to encourage and promote the sport of fishing and learning about law enforcement with disabled children that got me involved with “C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation.”  In 2006 we held our first event at El Dorado Lake at Shady Creek Marina. C.A.S.T. is a non profit organization that gives children with disabilities a chance to get out on the water and experience the joys of fishing.  An opportunity that most of them would never be able to experience without the support of the Cast for Kids Foundation and the many loving and giving people that it takes to put on one of these events.  Additional information on our organization can be found at www.castforkids.org

In 2010, I will assist with C.A.S.T. events throughout the United States. In Kansas, I will be making numerous appearances at schools, parades, and churches in order to promote C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation, children’s fishing and safety.

The Kansas Highway Patrol, C.A.S.T. For Kids Foundation, Ranger Boats, Mercury Motors and all my sponsors as organizations are well known throughout the nation for their professionalism and integrity.  I hope to represent these organizations well in 2010 and look forward to building great partnerships in promoting the joys of youth fishing throughout the United States.

As Always, Tight Lines!!
